1. Custom Systems

All custom-built systems are made to order.
Once assembly or build work has begun, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

2. Mission-Proven Builds

Refund eligibility for Mission-Proven Builds depends on the current stage of the build process.
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility is determined based on work completed.

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once work on an order has started. Deposits cover planning, sourcing, and initial preparation costs.

4. Defective Systems

If you receive a defective system, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement where applicable.
